Northview Auto Record is an internal automation utility used to support recording and live streaming for Northview High School's Band & Eurhythmics program.
Google API Access
Northview Auto Record uses the YouTube Data API to create and manage YouTube Live broadcasts associated with an authorized YouTube account.
Northview Auto Record uses the Gmail API to send notification emails containing links to scheduled live broadcasts.
Use of Google User Data
Google account authorization is used only to perform the functions necessary for creating and managing broadcasts and sending notification emails.
The application does not sell Google user data or use Google user data for advertising.
Storage
OAuth authorization credentials used by the application are stored locally on the computer operating Northview Auto Record. They are not published on this website.
Sharing
Google account credentials and OAuth tokens are not intentionally shared with third parties. Live-stream links may be sent to designated recipients as part of the application's intended operation.
Data Protection
Reasonable measures are used to protect locally stored authorization credentials and application configuration.
